ILSA Care helps with the administrative side of life—bills, benefits, and the endless paperwork—when aging and disability are part of the picture. We partner with older adults and disabled adults, including autistic and other neurodivergent adults, and collaborate with their existing support system so everyone can trust that the details are handled.
What is ILSA Care?
ILSA Care supports older adults and disabled adults—including autistic and other neurodivergent adults—by helping with the administrative side of life while respecting each person’s preferences and capacity. We work alongside the individual and their existing support system (families, guardians, and other trusted supporters) to keep things organized without taking decisions away from the people who should be making them.

Families, guardians, and professionals receive an easy-to-read summary of what was paid, what changed, and what may need a decision.

ILSA stands for Independent Living Services & Accounting, but we chose the name because it sounds like a person—a calm, trustworthy family member who quietly keeps things running.

ILSA Care was created by Ryan and Dr Jessica Browning after years of helping families manage aging, disability, and lifelong support needs.
Our daughter, Isabella, inspired this work. She requires lifelong support, and we understand firsthand the complexity of care, paperwork, and planning for the future. ILSA grew from that reality — the desire to build trustworthy systems for families like ours, so that independence, dignity, and financial order continue even when caregivers can’t. In fact, ‘ILSA’ even echoes ‘Isabella’ — a reminder of why we started, and who we serve.
